Museum of Art Park Trail PDF Print E-mail

The rolling hills surrounding North Carolina's Museum of Art host some of the most tremendous greenway trails in the triangle.  A partner of the Triangle Greenways Council, the Museum displays larger-than-life exhibits alongside the popular trail for joggers, picnics, and art lovers.  A particularly fantastic feature of the trail is the blue accented bridge over the Beltline near Meredith College and Wade Avenue.  Triangle Greenway's major initiative was on the "Woodland Trail," a natural surface trail that leads to several nature art installations in a forest setting.  For information on parking and trail maps, please visit the Museum's trail page. And, check out this article on a 2012 expansion.

A highway takes your car to the country, a greenway your mind.
